New UCD Winery, Brewery & Food Pilot Facility receives R&D Magazine award

KEMA served as LEED consultant for project

The University of California-Davis Teaching and Research Winery and the August A. Busch III Brewing and Food Science Laboratory received a High Honors award in R&D Magazine’s 2011 Lab of the Year competition. 

KEMA helped the Facility earn LEED-Platinum certification, while working alongside several project partners. The project has received eight awards, to date. Read about the project in the article, “Platinum lab emphasizes practical food and beverage science.”
